The source wanted to remain anonymous but was keen to expose the issue because he felt managers were keeping commuters in the dark about a matter of huge public interest.

We worked with the source and investigated his information and passed it on to the Daily Mail who ran the story as an exclusive. It has since been followed up by newspapers across the country.
